东吴商学院智慧供应链研究中心Dawoon Jung博士的论文“Innovation and Policy Support” for Two-Sided Market Platforms: Can Government Policy Makers and Executives Optimize Both Societal Value and Profits”最近被《Information Systems Research》（ISR）录用。该文研究了技术创新中如何平衡利润和社会价值及政府如何对消费者、服务提供商和平台进行创新补贴和激励技术创新。

ISR系INFORMS旗下著名学术期刊，是信息系统领域的顶级期刊，属UTD24期刊，其5-Year影响因子5.153。

Dawoon Jung 2018年毕业于韩国高丽大学(Korea University)商学院，随后加入苏州大学商学院智慧供应链研究中心。她本科毕业于韩国梨花女子大学（Ewha Woman’s University）, 获化学学士学位。其研究兴趣包括运行管理与信息系统的交叉，特别是数字技术中的技术管理和产品开发。

Dr. Dawoon Jung’s paper “Innovation and Policy Support for Two-Sided Market Platforms: Can Government Policy Makers and Executives Optimize Both Societal Value and Profits” was recently accepted by Information Systems Research (ISR). This study explores how platforms can strike a balance between profit and societal value in technological innovation, and how the government should subsidize technological innovation to consumers, service providers, and platforms.

ISR is one of the top 3 journals in the field of information systems and is in the UTD24 journal list. Its 5-Year impact factor is 5.153.

Dr. Jung obtained her Ph.D. in Management from Korea University in 2018 and then joined ResearchCenter for Smarter Supply Chain at Dongwu Business School, Soochow University.  She graduated from Ewha Woman’s University with a bachelor degree in Chemistry.  Her research interests include the interfaces between operations management (OM) and information systems (IS), in particular, technology management and product development in the market that is increasingly permeated with digital technologies.

东吴商学院智慧供应链研究中心博士生袁杨的研究论文“The impact of transaction attributes on logistics outsourcing success: A moderated mediation model”最近被《International Journal of Production Economics》（IJPE）录用。该文研究了交易特性、高层管理、外包商数量等因素对物流外包成功的影响机制。IJPE是运营管理的权威SSCI期刊，属于JCR一区。其影响因子为4.41，5-Year影响因子为4.98。

袁杨系我院企业管理系博士二年级学生。她本科毕业于苏州大学商学院，获管理学学士学位。她的研究兴趣包括：物流管理和供应链关系管理。目前，袁杨已有6篇科研论文被国际期刊录用，其中5篇SSCI期刊，包括《International Journal of Production Economics》、《Journal of Business Research》、《Journal of Computer Information Systems》、《Information Systems and e-Business Management》和《Transport Policy》，均系ABDC期刊列表中的A类或B类期刊。

A research paper “The impact of transaction attributes on logistics outsourcing success: a moderated mediation model” by Yuan Yang, a Ph.D. student at the Research Center for Smarter Supply Chain, Dongwu Business School, was recently accepted by International Journal of Production Economics(IJPE). This research explores the influence mechanism of transaction attributes, top management and supplier presence on the success of logistics outsourcing. IJPE is an elite SSCI journal in operation management. IJPE is in JCR Q1 with an impact factor of 4.41 and a 5-Year impact factor of 4.98.

Miss Yuan Yang is a second-year Ph. D. student in the Department of Business Administration at Dongwu Business School. She got her bachelor degree in management from Soochow University. Her research interests include supply chain relationship management and information systems.Miss Yuan has six (6) papers accepted by or published on international journals, five (5) of which are SSCI journals, including International Journal of Production Economics, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Computer Information Systems, Information Systems and e-Business Management, and Transport Policy. All of them are A-level or B-level journals in ABDC (Australian Business Deans Council) Journal Quality List.
