When the rigor of the classroom meets rhythmic beats, the Soochow University MBA Public Welfare Department's carefully crafted "Dopamine Dance Break Project" made its debut!

In the short moments between classes, student Jiang Chen led classmates to lift their heads from work and study, sweat through dance steps, and let joy grow freely in every movement.

At the start of the event, Jiang Chen generously shared basic dance moves, from hand gestures to footwork, from rhythm control to body coordination, patiently explaining and demonstrating in detail. Classmates gathered around the instructor, mimicking attentively and practicing repeatedly; even beginners with zero experience were unafraid, loosening their bodies to the beat and quickly finding the feel of getting started.

After the basic move instruction ended, everyone took advantage of the momentum and learned the full choreography of two dances. As familiar melodies played, classmates cooperated tacitly and completed each step in neat unison. The classroom between classes instantly became a joyful dance floor, with laughter, applause, and music intertwined, creating a warm and lively atmosphere.

This was not only a dance lesson but also a relaxation of the spirit and a deep connection among peers. In the light and cheerful atmosphere, classmates set aside daily busyness and fatigue, encouraged and responded to one another, and in the pleasant shared experience gained happiness and confidence, making SUDA MBA campus life more vivid and colorful.
