题目：Assortment Optimization Under History-Dependent Effects

摘要： This paper examines how to plan multi-period assortments when customer utility depends on historical assortments. We formulate this problem as a nonlinear integer programming problem. We reformulate the problem as a mixed-integer exponential cone program that state-of-the-art solvers can solve. We identify an optimal cyclic policy for an asymptotic regime. We present a  case study using a catering service dataset that shows that our model demonstrates good fitness and can effectively balance variety and revenue. This is a joint work with Taotao He and Yating Zhang from SJTU.

主讲人简介：郑欢教授现任上海交通大学管理科学系教授、博士生导师。主要研究兴趣包括供应链管理和优化、数据分析与商业决策等，有多篇研究成果发表于Operations Research, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management等学术期刊上。
